THIRD PARTY LOGISTICS COMPANY ANNOUNCES NEW PRESIDENT
February 15, 2008 (Louisville, KY) – Advance Distribution Services, Inc. (ADS), a Third Party Logistics (3PL) provider that specializes in distributing commercial products manufactured or sourced by other companies, has announced the addition of Mr. Brian J. Johnson to the position of President for the Louisville based distribution company.
Prior to assuming the role of President of Advance Distribution Services Inc., Brian was the Vice President of Sales for UPS Supply Chain Solutions, Logistics & Distribution Division. While at UPS he held various management positions in sales and operations. Brian served nine years as an officer in the United States Marine Corps as a helicopter pilot prior to joining UPS. Brian holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Bellarmine University, and attended the University of South Carolina earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration.
